The firm's Supreme Court chamber sits in the C.K. Daphtary Lawyers Block inside the Supreme Court precincts. Special Leave Petitions, review and curative petitions, transfer petitions and civil and criminal appeals are prepared, filed and argued from here, and matters from the Punjab & Haryana High Court travel to this chamber on appeal.
Chandigarh is where most of the firm's day-to-day work is argued. Writ petitions, criminal and civil appeals, bail and quashing petitions, service and pension matters, matrimonial appeals, property disputes and NRI matters are conducted from this office in Sector 1, within the High Court complex of the Capitol Complex.
The Gurugram office is on the third floor of C Block inside the District & Sessions Court complex. Trials, bail applications, civil suits, matrimonial and maintenance matters, cheque bounce complaints, property and commercial disputes are run from here, and appeals from these courts are carried to the Punjab & Haryana High Court at Chandigarh.
