Service Law Disputes Before the High Court

Service law disputes form a substantial part of writ practice before the Punjab & Haryana High Court and the Delhi High Court. Common matters include challenges to departmental enquiries, denial of promotion, seniority disputes, compulsory retirement and pension grievances.
